Cigars Padilla
Cigars Padilla
Padilla cigars are highly recognized boutique cigars from Nicaragua that have received numerous awards (over 90 ratings in the American cigar magazine Cigar Aficionado). As is usually the case with boutique cigars, Padilla Cigars focuses on small production quantities to ensure a high standard of quality. Cuban seeded tobaccos play just as important a role in the design of the blends as Ernesto's desire to create a cigar after his sacred first smoke in his youth - full of flavor.
The history of the family Padilla can begin with Ernesto and Carlos' father, Heberto Padilla, who is a respected Cuban poet and artist. Heberto's first passion was writing and poetry, followed by a love of cigars. His parents had tobacco plantations in the well-known and sought-after region of Pinar del Rio.
