We are a Swiss manufacturer of Cocoa and Chocolate “bean to bar”, based in Geneva, mastering all the stages of chocolate production from bean to tablet.
The raw materials making up our chocolates are fully respectful of the principles of sustainable development, for both humans and nature. Carefully selected by our sourcers, our cocoas come from the best terroirs in the world.
Our production methods, faithful to ancient practices, are all artisanal and gentle, in order to preserve the nobility and the originality of our cocoas. The result, our pride, is a unique Swiss chocolate of purity and authenticity.

Selection of beans
Our sourcers travel the world to identify and bring us the best beans, from the best terroirs and purchased directly from farmers. Cultivated in a responsible way for man and for nature, our beans come from family plantations or small cooperatives which guarantee a fair income and balanced working conditions.
