Casa Magna Colorado Cigars
The Quesada family, the originators of Casa Magna cigars, have worked in the tobacco industry for over 100 years. Originally from Spain, they migrated to Cuba in the 1880s. The Cuban Revolution led them to exile in the Dominican Republic, where they developed the trade in leaf tobacco for several decades. One of the grandchildren, Manuel Quesada, created in 1974 a small cigar factory.
In the 1970s, in order to replace the brand “Joya de Ncaragua”, Manuel Quesada and Nestor Plascencia created Casa Magna. Casa Magna cigars are made exclusively from Nicaraguan tobacco, so it is indeed a Puro from Nicaragua. Casa Magna cigars are quite powerful, usually rolled up in a maduro wrapper. The presentation is exemplary, in a lacquered box of very beautiful finish.
