Since tobacco is an allotropic product, it acquires the taste and smell of the place where it is processed. TABACOSTA has integrated Cuban techniques to improve and enhance the tobacco leaves after a process of about 3 months, so our raw material “tobacco” acquires a high quality among the best in the world.
Our cigars are made in the “entubao” way by folding the leaves so as to create air passages ensuring that each puff contains all of the tobacco aromas. It is a mixture of three types of leaves that makes up the heart of the cigar.
Once our cigars are made, they are placed in a cooling cabinet, called ESCAPARATE, in which the cigars are kept for three months after they are rolled. The most stringent humidity conditions (69% relative humidity) and temperature (20 ° C) are monitored in the ESCAPARATE, entirely covered with cedar wood.
The liguas used to make our cigars have been tasted and contrasted to ensure that the aroma, flavor and combustion give the smoker a pleasant pleasure with each puff. We have also taken care to give the right measure to the cigar, certifying that the weight, diameter and length result from the same shape as Cuban cigars. Cigars are made by cigar rollers with more than 20 years of experience.
