Padron 1926 Serie Cigars
The Padron 1926 Serie range was launched in 2002 to commemorate the 75 th anniversary of José Orlando Padron, the family patriarch. All tobacco used in this range is aged for at least seven years. This aging gives the cigars a completely unusual, incomparable personality. Once aged, the tobacco is mixed to create an exceptionally rich, complex, balanced and very aromatic aroma. Continuing their tradition, the “1926” series is offered in a square format (box-pressed).
For customer protection and to prevent counterfeiting, a specially designed double ring with an individually numbered warranty label is applied to each cigar. The annual production of this cigar is limited to 100,000 pieces per year, making this vitola, most probably, the rarest in the world.
Padron cigars remain “low-key” in the cigar market, but make no mistake, the “1926s” are true “sacred monsters” in the industry. A superlative cigar which, despite its extreme complexity, hides an exceptional aromatic intensity! Certainly one of the largest cigars in the world. A must!
