Many of the tobaccos in the Oliva V Melanio Toro Grande EL 2020 series come from the Jalapa region. Jalapa is a valley in the northern part of Nicaragua. It lies just on the border with Honduras and is one of the four main tobacco producing regions in Nicaragua. Jalapa cigar tobacco is known for its milder and finer taste, as well as its strength profile.
The packaging also comes from an Oliva farm in Ecuador. The wrapper is grown from exclusive seeds from Sumatra, creating a delicate and extremely fine wrapper. The cigars are available in lacquered boxes containing ten banded cigars.
In contrast to the regular production of the Oliva V Melanio Box pressed series, the Oliva V Melanio Toro Grande Edición Limitada 2020 series is offered in a round format.
